To help you choose the most suitable size, refer to the table below and follow the directions in the pattern drawing. There are three sizes to consider: A (1/2 waist circumference), B (1/2 pelvis), C (inner leg).
How to take the measurements correctly:

1/2 Waist (A)
Measure the circumference at the narrowest point of your abdomen, which is where your body bends when you lean to the side. Make sure the tape measure is taut and in a horizontal position.

1/2 Pelvis (B)
Measure at the widest point of the hips, keeping the tape horizontal and snug against the body without tightening.

Inseam (C)
Measure the length from the top of the inner thigh to the bottom of the leg. This measurement corresponds to the length of the trousers from the crotch to the hem.
